A video showcasing my top 5 favorite themes from Cydia for iPhone/ iPod touch/ iPad. All of these themes are available in Cydia for free. Just search for them, and download them. Then, enable the themes using winterboard. These themes all work with ios4 as well.

Just a tip, there is an app on cydia called Infinifolders that allows you to have unlimited apps inside Ios4 folders, beyond the 12 app limit. I noticed you have about 8 folders there, thought that'd help.
