This tutorial tells how to get the brand new iOS4 GoldMaster(GM) Version for your iPhone 3GS, 3G, iPod Touch 3G and 2G, AKA Firmware 4.0 for FREE!

Apple today released iTunes 9.2 for both Windows and Mac. So you can now use iOS 4.0 on both.
Directions:
First, download iTunes 9.2.
Second, BACKUP your device in iTunes!
Third, Download the right iOS4 Firmware for your device. I recommend using firefox to download it since it downloads .ipsw files correctly and does not split it up.
Fourth, in iTunes Hold Option(Shift) and click on restore and choose the .ipsw file from your files. (Usually best to save it on your desktop)
After that, it will start restoring to iOS4 GM!
And there ya go! You should now have iOS4 working on your device.
If you are having trouble, please post in the comments. This will be an updated post if any new problems arise and workarounds need to be made. I can only fix them if I know about it. Thanks

(To learn how to jailbreak the iPad, go HERE) Apple does not allow calls over 3G, nor do they allow apps like ABC and Netflix(they downgrade the quality tremendously) ABC you can’t even use over 3G. 3G Unrestrictor allows us to remove this blockage and use full 3G connection with any app we desire

It is very simple, so follow the steps and it should go smoothly. 
Below is a step by step tutorial on jailbreaking with Spirit.
Make sure your device(iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad) is unplugged, and does not have a passcode on it. It needs to be fully activated: no iTunes recovery or emergency calling.
Here we go!
2. Plug in your device (Any device on 3.1.2 and 3.1.3 on iPhone/ iPod Touch. For iPad, make sure it is on the 3.2 firmware as of now.
3. Click “Jailbreak” – WOW WOW
If everything goes well, it should say “JAILBREAK COMPLETE”
4.Your device will reboot and in about 20 seconds you will see your lockscreen. 
5. Most likely on the last page of your apps, you should see the famous Cydia!
Now go and install all of your favorite jailbroken apps! yeah!

What’s Spirit?
Spirit is an untethered jailbreak for iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch on the latest firmwares.
Spirit is not a carrier unlock.
If you currently are using a tethered jailbreak, you have to restore to use Spirit. Do not upgrade if you use an unlock on an iPhone 3G or 3GS. (You can, however, restore to 3.1.2 if you have SHSH blobs for that version.)
Requirements
Any iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch on firmware 3.1.2, 3.1.3, or 3.2.
An activated device: one not stuck on the Connect to iTunes or Emergency Call screen.
Any version of iTunes 9 (including 9.1.1).
Syncing with iTunes before trying this highly recommended.
Note: On iPad, all this is still sort of beta. Some packages in Cydia, not designed for iPad, might screw up your system and require you to restore. Be careful. (And no, Cydia’s appearance is not final.)

Apple is almost definitely going to be releasing the 3.1 firmware which will include mms in SEPTEMBER 2009!!! This is great because Apple and AT&T have been telling us that MMS would be coming for a very long time. This theme is pretty awesome, and I wanted to share it with out readers. I hope ya like it. It is a port of the HTC HERO’s Sense UI Theme from the HTC Herp phone. It is a bit complicated to setup, but it definitely pays off. I might make a video of it, but until then check out the video below where it explains and talks about it. INFO on the theme: iVillain is based on the new HTC Hero. It has a flip clock and weather widget. It also has a themed dialer and icons, up next is to continue to theme more apps and the UI to match the style of the HTC Hero.
