cialis vs. levitra

This is an awesome theme, especially with the background. If you make a video or tweet about it, please mention the site or me, alexosh1234. Thanks

For this theme, you will need to download the theme on your computer, and ssh it into your iPhone. If you know how to ssh, this should be extremely easy. If not, there will be a video below explaining how to ssh themes into your iPhone.

To ssh, use cyberduck for mac, and winscp for windows. Search on google and download for free.

Download the theme here: http://www.iPhoneXpert.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/Overdue_for_iPhone_by_kediashubham.zip

This is a .zip file, so make sure to unzip it first before putting it into your iPhone files.

Today I will be showing you how to go from this:

Default Lockscreen

To this

Customized Lockscreen

Requirements:

1. Jailbroken iPod/iPhone
2. WinterBoard from Cydia
3. OpenSSH from Cydia
4. iGlassSol from Cydia for the sliders
5. (Optional) iFile from Cydia
6. An SSH client such as CyberDuck or WinSCP

Process:

1. Connect your iPod/iPhone to your computer. Go into Settings > Wi-Fi and select your Wi-Fi network. Copy your IP address. You will use it later.

Wi-Fi Settings Screen

IP Address!

2. Open your standard SSH client. Type in your IP Address for the hostname, “root” for the username and “alpine” for the password.

WinSCP start up

3. Hit Login.

4a. Create a folder on the desktop called Lockscreen. In that make an folder called Bundles. Inside that create another folder called com.apple.TelephonyUI.

4b. Inside Lockscreen create folder named UIImages.

5. Naviagte from /private/var/root to /private/var/stash/Themes/iGlassSol/Folders/TelephonyUI.framework/. Copy these files: bottombarknobgray.png, bottombarknobgreen.png, bottombarknobred.png. These are your sliders for unlocking, answering and turning off. Download them in the “com.apple.TelephonyUI” folder.

6. To get the clearness around the slider download this file and put it in the “com.apple.TelephonyUI” folder and download this file and put it in UIImages.

7. For a custom lockscreen background put a 320 x 480 PNG file in the Lockscreen folder and name it LockBackground.png.

8. (Optional) If you don’t want the slider text to show then copy this text:

“AWAY_LOCK_LABEL” = “”;
“POWER_DOWN_LOCK_LABEL” = “”;
“SETTING_LANGUAGE” = “”;
“SLIDE_TO_ANSWER” = “”;
“SLIDE_TO_CANCEL” = “Don’t slide the slider”;
“SMS_LOCK_LABEL” = “”;
“SYNC_IN_PROGRESS” = “Syncing… Unlock To Cancel”;

Put that text into a file and name it “SpringBoard.strings”. Create a folder inside the “Bundles” folder of the Lockscreen folder and name it “com.apple.springboard”. Then inside that folder create another one called “en.lproj”. Place the “StringBoard.strings” file in “en.lproj” folder.

8. Upload your Lockscreen folder into your Themes folder on your iPod/iPhone.

9. Go into WinterBoard and select the Lockscreen. And let it respring and you are done!
