I think you would have been a little happier with the print quality if you would have used better images to lay out the design. When I say better I mean using vector or higher res raster images. In my opinion it looks like you used some images found off the net to create the artwork. My suggestion would be to find pictures, logos, or what ever that are at least 300 dpi rather than the standard on the internet at 72 dpi. I have no affiliation with the company used for this skin. I print skins also. I posted because I have had to deal with similar issues with customers in the past.
I would suggest including a link to the company who sent the skin in the post. I know many people can do a quick search, but it would make it a easier for people to find them.
