    It will work on the iPod touch and iPhone no the spirit jailbreak does not currently work on ios4 geahot is working on that but limera1n will probly be the first working ios 4 from the creator of blackra1n but we are not expecting the limera1n jailbreak to come out until the ups 4.0.1 come out
