For this theme, you will need to download the theme on your computer, and ssh it into your iPhone. If you know how to ssh, this should be extremely easy. If not, there will be a video below explaining how to ssh themes into your iPhone.
To ssh, use cyberduck for mac, and winscp for windows. Search on google and download for free.

This is a .zip file, so make sure to unzip it first before putting it into your iPhone files.

Ok, copied the unzipped folder to the themes folder via winscp, but all I get is the background. I don't get the dock, or any changes to the icons. I'm guessing I'm doing something wrong, but not quite sure what.
