Recently I got to play (and crash land) a Parrot AR. Drone for iOS, and to say the least it was AWESOME Almost up there with my first game of GoldenEye. If you want to se it in action, or just want some awesome pool drone fail footage, check out the video:

It has aluminum, Apple inspired looks, sexier than Brooklyn Decker design, and it’s made for your Mac/iPad. Hit the break for the video review:
Many of you may have found it quite annoying to have to head back into your photo app to see that all of your HDR pictures have useless clones sitting right next to it that you have to sort out and delete. Recently, I found out a quick way to get rid of this auto 2 picture taking mode. To disable the feature…
- Open Settings app
- Press on photos
- Scroll down to HDR
- Turn “Keep normal photo” off
- Done!

MacDailyNews reports on further details concerning the Verizon, stating that according to a source “familiar with the matter”:
- The Verizon iPhone announcement will come right after Christmas
- Verizon is currently holding management training for iPhone sales
- During those sessions they had working iPhone LTE handsets
- The device is not being shipped to third party retailers
- Apple is apparently helping US carriers (AT&T/Verizon) with cash to bulk up their LTE networks
- The Device has been ready for quite some time
- The delay on the sale/announcement of the phone is apparently according to AT&T’s wishes
All great news for Verizon iPhone hopefuls (any and every AT&T customer?). [source link]
Some of you may find entering your passcode over and over again too tedious to even bother setting one up. Having suffered my fare share of embarrassing facebook posts thanks to my security neglect I felt especially motivated to share this tip. In the passcode lock settings in the settings app on every iPhone there is a little used button “Require Passcode” that looks like this:

Now all you a have to do is choose after how much time you want the phone to auto lock. So, there’s your tip, “USE IT WISELY”
Recently I decided to give wireless printing a try. I decided that my printer was taking up all of the legroom under my desk and quite frankly it just seemed far simpler than having it plugged in to my laptop all the time. So I set up my printer, rather wackily if I might ad, and all was well. However, I suddenly realized that there was immense advantage about wireless printing that I had managed to ignore: AirPrint.
The technology behind it has been around for quite some time, however the implementation of wireless printing into Apple devices only just happened. Unfortunately, for some reason the forces that be at Apple decided that they were only going to allow certain printers to take advantage of the feature. Therefore “ol reliable” hp c400 was incompatible. Depressed about even having to think of getting rid of my beloved, dorm room surviving printer I proceeded to do a frantic search on the internet about doing some kind of work-around. Fortunately enough I found one.
AirPrint Activator came to the rescue. Staying true to AirPrint’s philosophy of plug and play, the work around for enabling the feature is surprisingly simple to use. In fact, it took me less than minute to get it all working. Check out my how to video to see exactly how it went: (Note Printer Can be a wireless one mine just happened to be wired)
