Winterboard -- Search in cydia and it should be there.

This video will teach you how to get fast app switching (multitasking) AND wallpapers on your iPhone 3g, iTouch 2g or 3g (MC MODEL).

If your iDevice didn’t come with wallpapers/ multitasking then this tutorial will teach you how to get them through cydia.

This requires you to have a jailbroken ipod touch or iphone (See video i made on that)

Finally, iOS4 has been jailbroken on ALL idevices. You can use this tool to jailbreak your iPhone 4, iPod touch 3g, iPod touch 2g (MC MODEL) as well, iPhone 3gs!
